We are hiring for a 
Account Manager. Who will be working with our Customer Success Team.Surefire Local started in 2009 as an idea — a way to help small businesses rank higher in search engines with cost-effective local marketing services that focused on SEO, search engine marketing and website management. With our flagship product, Surefire Local Marketing Platform™, locally-focused businesses of all sizes can remove digital roadblocks hindering growth, gain insights, and take action to attract and engage new and current customers through measurable, multi-channel marketing. Your Responsibilities


  • Help clients allocate digital marketing budgets and develop digital marketing plans across all online channels, including digital media, email, website, mobile, and social media.

  • Evaluate and analyze program results and present recommendations for changes in strategy.

  • Leverage metrics and research where appropriate to define and track performance against goals mapped to client objectives and targets, adjusting as new data comes in

  • Maintain an understanding of the client’s financial, strategic, and marketing imperatives as well as the competitive dynamics in their market

  • Surface new online marketing ideas and tactics to drive growth and collaborate with internal and client teams to test value and ability to execute

  • Day-to-day management and oversight of client engagements, including status report generation, recurring meetings/calls, communications with account stakeholders, communications with internal stakeholders, strategy sessions, and quarterly account/benchmark reviews

  • Focus on the training and coaching of clients on using our software

  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

Your Skills, Experience And Qualifications


  • 1-2 Years Experience with account management preferred

  • Very comfortable providing C-level executives and business owners consultation over the phone

  • An analytical mind and the ability to think strategically

  • Drive, ambition, dedication, and high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex information

  • Sales mentality or sales experience

  • An understanding of digital marketing (spectrums are acceptable if you’re a fast learner)

  • Ability to work in a changing, fast-paced, high-growth environment

The first thirty (30) days of employment are considered the employee’s training period. During this time, you may be required to complete your training onsite at our local office or remote dependent on location on a daily basis. Once the training period is complete, this role is a hybrid or remote position and work will be performed both from your home office in Texas as well as in our local office if applicable, at your manager’s discretion. Our expectation is that you have home internet access and sufficient space to work from home effectively.
