The ability to work with engineering with either verbal or written instruction is required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: This position requires a High School Degree or equivalent education.EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years experience in electronics assembly environment preferredKNOWLEDGE: All positions require experience with soldering equipment, hand tools, encapsulation equipment, marking equipment, wire terminating, stripping, bonding, or handling equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must occasionally crouch, stoop, or reach. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES· Document changes or discrepancies in the parts as to design, specification, and process as they are discovered.
Communicate these findings with the engineer. · Assemble parts, encapsulation, varnishing, testing, and marking. Ensure that products meet mechanical and visual requirements of the specifications. · Complete assembly of production, prototype and first article modules could include winding, assembly, molding, stamping, and testing. · Assist in the training of all new and existing assemblers in Inrcore manufacturing and test methods if applicable. · Assist the department manager in the upkeep of all production tools and equipment and proper storage of materials.
