About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts. Your main objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing relationships. You will work closely with the sales organization to develop and execute strategic sales plans, and manage sales territories to achieve revenue targets.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship development skills

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the supply chain management of production components 
  • Experience with developing VMI solutions

Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales revenue
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales organization to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Manage sales territories to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships with clients

Skills:


As a Business Development Manager, you will utilize your skills in business development, strategic partnerships, relationship development, key account management, and sales revenue generation on a daily basis. You will work closely with the sales organization to develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage sales territories, and maintain and grow existing relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate deals, and develop strong relationships will be critical to your success in this role.
