General Summary:

Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for leading complex financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support executive decision-making. The Senior Financial Specialist ensures compliance with regulatory standards, strengthens internal controls, and partners with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Lead financial ROI data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of large deal reviews.
Prepare and present complex financial reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and policies.
Strengthen internal controls and support internal/external audits.
Provide strategic advice on financial performance and new opportunities.
Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
Lead cross-departmental projects to successful completion.
