Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Oversee a team of billing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Billing Operations:

Manage the entire EU billing process from customer and contract data entry to dispute resolution, invoice generation and distribution, contributing to high billing accuracy.

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, adhering to local regulations and company policies.

Review and analyse billing data to identify potential errors or discrepancies.

Resolve billing issues and disputes promptly and efficiently.

VAT Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with EU VAT regulations and ensure compliance across all European operations.

Collaborate with tax advisors to address complex VAT issues.

ERP System Management:

Configure and maintain the ERP system to support EU billing processes.

Implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to the billing team.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare regular financial reports on billing performance, revenue, and VAT.

Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Provide insights to management to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related experience.
Understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Fluency in English, additional European languages a plus.
