Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of accurate disclosures and re-disclosures as required by regulations.
- Engage with Department Manager and Team Members to appropriately escalate information discovered during review process.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity and documentation accuracy within key systems of record.
- Respond timely and professionally to internal and external inquiries received through personal or company email distribution lists.
- Work with Department Manager and Team Members to build and maintain a dependable and supportive work environment.
- Project an approach of client advocacy with internal departments, clients and team members at all times.
- Successfully complete all company and compliance trainings.
- Achieve monthly production and turn time goals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to ensure business needs are met.
- Accept and timely complete any additional tasks or projects as may be appropriately assigned by Dept. Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years data entry and working experience in a paperless system environment.
- Experience reading, interpreting, tracking and administrating guidelines and organizational policy requirements is required.
- Ability to research for a solution based upon minimal information and to connect the dots of a situation identifying all resources available.
- Excellent verbal and written customer service-oriented communication skills.
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft applications required to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of mortgage lending business models including broker, lender and correspondent and including mortgage loan origination process is a plus.
- Two (2) or more years of mortgage compliance experience preferred.
