We are seeking a strategic and data inspired retention operations and client experience leader to join our team. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to simplify our quote to cash execution, automate manual processes, drive the creation and adoption of business dashboards, and lead the experience function which ensures retention initiatives and strategies are launched, tracked and measured in a sustainable and repeatable manner.
What you will do:
Migrate existing functions from a reactive ticketing discipline to a proactive Q2C enablerEstablish a deal desk with pre-approved pricing strategies supporting business controls and swifter executionAnalyze feedback to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with client success and product teams to inform new product and retention initiatives and strategies. Partner with Sales Operations and Finance on end-to-end improvements of the client journey that maximizes performance and addresses client behavior tied to attritionExtend current reach from one division to all of Fusable, driving consistency and one Fusable way.
What you need:
Experience (5-10 years) building a team and function from the ground up, distributing resources appropriately within budget Leadership across a team of 10+ associates who can have varied job responsibilities and metrics of successExtensive experience with tools including Salesforce, Gainsight, BIStrong data and analytical skills, monitoring key metrics and use insights to report on ROI

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $55,000/year - $65,000/year plus incentive. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
