About This Opportunity:We are looking for an entrepreneurial and detailed Product Manager to help accelerate delivery of third-party integrations and related product features. In this role, you’ll join an existing team to drive discovery, definition and delivery of new features that enhance Popmenu’s integrations with various Point of Sale (POS) systems and third-party ordering platforms to create a connected ecosystem for our clients. What You Will Be Responsible For:
· Product Vision & Roadmap Development: This Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision and goals for extending Popmenu’s third-party integration products. You will create detailed product roadmaps that align with company objectives and client needs.· Product Success: This Product Manager will determine how to prioritize various POS integration and feature improvements to ensure they align with business objectives and create the most value for our clients. You will define launch goals, strategies, assess organizational readiness, and measure post-launch results - our Product Manager holds themselves accountable to ambitious product KPIs and OKRs.· Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with members of product, UX, engineering and customer experience teams to define, prioritize and deliver new product features that delight our clients and increase return on investment (ROI).· Prototyping: We’re innovating fast, but never in a vacuum.
This Product Manager will understand how to get data to validate or challenge assumptions. From paper to low fidelity prototypes- this Product Manager will always validate ideas with users.· Stellar Execution: There is always too much to do! From new product development to product backlogs, this Product Manager will be accountable for prioritizing work with our UX and engineering teams to ensure the most valuable work is delivered in a timely manner and in line with our quality standards.· Influential Leadership: Whether it’s staying aligned with your peers in product, communicating new releases to the market, or leading cross-functional dual track agile project teams through the product development process, this Product Manager will find the right balance between championing their product area and checking their ego.
Bottom line – In this role it is your responsibility to drive integration product enhancements that deliver great outcomes.
What You Bring to the Table:
· Experience - Demonstrated success in a Product Management role. Knowledge of the various POS providers, online ordering platforms and prior experience leading integration and improvement efforts. Experience working in or around the restaurant space is also huge plus!· Tools - Solid knowledge of user analytics tools and familiar with prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, etc). You know the basics of software development, APIs, and web technologies (i.e. you don't need to know how to code, but should understand the difference between HTML, CSS, or JavaScript).· Strong end-user interaction - Proven track record of getting out of the office and talking with consumers and clients for user discovery, problem definition, and testing prototypes.· Critical Thinking and Business Acumen - Comfortable to challenge your own ideas as well as product improvement suggestions from the organization and our client base.· Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) with the ability to influence and build consensus.· Time Management - Strong ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with ease and comfort while consistently maintaining a professional demeanor.· Start-up ready - you have the confidence and problem-solving skills to be effective in situations with limited information.· Passion for food - We love talking about food, restaurants, and recommending dishes.
