We have a lot of analytics programs inplace already, but we need more! From generating insights related to our riskadjustment programs to helping analyze health plan attribution, health plan andmembership trends, building our next generation Cube or analytics surrounding ourbrand-new data lake, there's a lot of data to process and actionable insights topresent, as well as analytics infrastructure to build. You will be executing some ofthis work individually, and others in tight partnership with other critical teams such asFinance, Clinical Analytics, and Medical Economics. There’s much more data wecan be leveraging and analyzing to generate and test our hypotheses to helpimprove patient outcomes and reduce medical waste. Experience: 4+ years of experience performing data analysis andgenerating intuitive dashboards.2. Healthcare domain expertise:a. Exposure to the healthcare industry & domain is preferred, with specificknowledge in either risk adjustment, clinical analytics, clinical quality, or healtheconomics.b. Familiarity with healthcare data models.3. Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent education is required.4. Technical skills:a. should have strong proficiency in SQL, and expertise in Snowflake would bea plus.b. Data modeling skills are also important.c. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, orExcel is necessary to create intuitive dashboards.d. Some experience with coding in Python or other programming languages isnice to have.5. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities are essential for effectively analyzing data and providing meaningful insights.6. Business Acumen: should be able to translate business needs into data analysisrequirements, understanding the goals and objectives of the organization.7. Curiosity and exploration: Should have an intellectual curiosity about data and theability to go beyond immediate problems. Balancing deadlines and exploring newopportunities for analysis and insights is important.8.
