We are searching for ambitious and self-motivated BDRs to join our amazing Sales team. You’ll be an integral part of our Sales team by working to fill our pipeline through prospecting and qualifying potential clients and eventually, moving into an outbound closing role. This is a great opportunity to learn our business and establish a strong foundation for upward mobility. We’re a collaborative and diverse team that wins together, providing you the opportunity to learn from a wide array of people and really hone your skills while you master consultative selling in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City headquarters.

The anticipated base salary for this role is $65,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience, plus commission. This role is also eligible for an equity grant.

In this role, you will…


  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives through cold calls, emails, and strategic outbound campaigns
  • Strategically research prospective companies to identify potential client contacts
  • Communicate A.Team’s business model to new clients in an impactful way that clearly distinguishes A.Team’s competitive advantages
  • Support Sales in all aspects of the sales cycle, including scheduling follow-up meetings and managing the pipelines of completed meetings to ensure all prospective clients are being contacted throughout the year
  • Work with Marketing to help drive attendance to events, webinars, and conferences
  • Support Marketing with post-event follow up to book meetings with warm leads
  • Work towards weekly/monthly/quarterly goals to stay on target

About you:


  • Skilled communicator who can be clear and direct, take a consultative approach, and express themselves both verbally and in writing
  • Strong collaborator who works to support their team and is looking to continuously grow and learn
  • Eager to take initiative, work independently, and own your own success
  • Positive and enthusiastic with the ability to push through setbacks with grace 
  • Ideal candidates for the role include successful outbound sales professionals (any industry), individuals with military or consulting backgrounds known for hard work and problem-solving, and experienced professionals (5+ years) with strong experience corporate environments
