Full-timeDescriptionThe Dispatcher is responsible for assisting with the activities of the overall functions. Will oversee, implement and maintain Factory Cleaning Equipment’s systems, procedures and policies. This position ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of the daily activity of our Road Technicians.

This was accomplished by having great service, excellent machines, and the fastest parts delivery in the industry. In recent years, FCE has become a market leader in online sales of machines, parts, and chemicals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Scheduling daily activity for our road technicians
  • Following up with customers in regards to estimates and PM scheduling
  • Upholding professionalism by providing courteous proactive customer service to visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)


  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • Two or more years dispatching experience required
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered
  • General understanding of field service processes and procedures
  • Experience with automated programs and systems
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must be able to resolve conflicts with Customers and other challenges.
  • Must possess proficient ability to communicate in English in oral and written format
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data
  • Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time managing skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work as part of a team as this role entails partnerships with the Technicians, Branch Managers, Sales, and Customer Service as well as the other Dispatchers.

The employee frequently is required to use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
