The Business Analyst is responsible for partnering with stakeholders and technical teams to solicit and document process flows, features, requirements, and user stories as part of projects and enhancements and ensures quality delivery of those requirements through other IT partners including third party. They will be responsible for providing Cyber Security systems knowledge and expertise to IT, the business teams and process owners in identifying opportunities for technology and supporting prioritization.
They are responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with the specific teams with a specific focus on the (Specific) teams. They are responsible for understanding business processes and coordinating communication among various business groups and IT technical teams.1)Good Knowledge in the business analysis area, preferably in IT/ Cyber Security.2)Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control is required. 3)Experience documenting complex processes and business requirements and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required. 4)Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is required.5)Knowledge on business requirements \ project management documentation system as JIRA\Azure DevOps etc.
