About the Role
We’re hiring for a strategic and operationally minded individual to be the first in this role, partnering across Global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to drive clarity, alignment, and execution for our most critical initiatives. You will help define how we approach key challenges, blending Chief of Staff-level strategic thinking, tactical problem-solving, and cross-functional facilitation.You’ll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and other senior leaders within GTM and Product orgs to ensure that decisions are informed, priorities are clear, and plans are actionable.
However, this role isn’t scoped to a single partner and you will have broad exposure and impact across all GTM initiatives and the opportunity to work with a team of highly impactful leaders.This position is based at our San Francisco headquarters.
In this role, you will:
Act as the connective tissue between GTM and Product teams to ensure feedback loops are robust and actionable.
Surface and facilitate strategic discussions between GTM leadership with our CCO on key GTM topics
Lead or contribute to strategic planning initiatives, confidential projects, and strategy documentation
Translate high-level directives into coherent strategies and actionable plans, editing and refining inputs as needed
Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, Revenue Partnerships, Growth, Revenue Operations, and Developer Relations to ensure a unified GTM approach.You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Fluency in GTM dynamics: You understand sales funnels, GTM roles, and other key GTM concepts, allowing you to engage effectively with sales and product teams.
