Education/Certification Requirements:
BS, Engineering, Management Information Systems of Related Technical Degree or 10+ years of Experience. ServiceNow Certification a Plus.
Specific Duties
This position will provide the Administration services such as system maintenance, technicaltroubleshooting, managing roles, and access to the system.
- Experience in upgrading all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments.
- Perform all necessary patches and communicate with ServiceNow for technical support
- Performs routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation
- Manages Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
- Resolve help desk/support tickets
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support
- Experience as a System Administrator in a UNIX environment
- Demonstrated experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets
- Experience configuring mid-servers
- Strong experience deploying in an Agile Environment.
