Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with data stewards, data managers, and advance data librarian support across all theODNI DCOs to support data access, availability, and provenance
- Extracting, cleaning, and loading the data from IC elements into a cloud database and creatingmetrics based on the data
- In collaboration with the ODNI CDO / DIG, providing long term iterative improvement of a dataquality framework to monitor and improve data reliability and quality
- Assisting in defining ODNI data assets
- Developing and implementing data processes for verification, acquisition, mining, and modeling
- Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements such as automatingmanual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability
- Performing data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assisting in theresolution of data issues
- Assisting stakeholders with data related technical issues and supporting their data infrastructureneeds
Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED + 12 years
- Associates + 10 years
- Bachelors + 6 years
- PhD + 4 years
ADA Notations:
- Regular communication.
- Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
Salary Range:
- The final salary can be influenced by a variety of factors, such as Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, educational background, and certifications.
