About the role
As a SAP Fieldglass Solutions Architect at Fluxon, you will consult with clients to design and implement global-scale Fieldglass deployments, ensuring seamless integration with business applications and processes. You will:
- Drive implementation of one of the world's largest Fieldglass deployments at a FAANG company.
- Work with product teams to integrate Fieldglass instances into first party applications, and broader organizational infrastructure.
- Build an in-depth understanding of customer process, taking a user-first, product-driven approach to guide Fieldglass based-solution through the entire lifecycle, including configuration, deployment, migration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop expertise in a variety of customer domains such as AI, healthcare, SaaS, eCommerce, and many others.
- Build deep partnerships with startups and tech leaders alike to understand their product, users, and help drive key strategic decisions.
- Establish a clear product vision and connect the dots across functions and organizations.
- Communicate decisions, challenges, roadmap plans and learnings across a wide range of audiences from development teams to executives.
- Collaborate with SAP on new features or additions to existing functionality. Ability to bridge knowledge & technical gaps across disparate client infrastructure to Fieldglass/SAP.
- Lead full product and feature development cycles from discovery to delivery.
- Occasional traveling may be required
Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing efficient vendor management programs.
- Significant experience managing Fieldglass configuration, administration, and deployment.
- Experience taking a customer-first solution approach and implementing it using Fieldglass capabilities.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with a wide range of technologies. Comfortable choosing the appropriate tools and design patterns to solve complex problems, and producing simple and reliable application architectures.
- Excellent communication skills. Capable of effectively communicating with team members, company stakeholders,customers and executives both written and verbally.
- Communicate ideas in a clear and structured manner. Turn big ideas into actionable roadmaps with concrete goals and align with multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Experience taking products through the entire development life cycle, from ideation to launch.
- Excited about solving complex problems, and learning alongside a world-class team.
What we offer
Our salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $96,000, and we consider your skills and experience and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer.
