Role Overview
The Mid-Level IT Project Manager at Vidoori will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and client interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and communication strategies.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues promptly to prevent project delays.
- Monitor project progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Organise and lead meetings to review project status with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
