As we support our ventures and clients in building scalable AI solutions, we are looking for a skilled IT Support and Systems Administrator to manage and streamline our technical operations and help clients with their technology and automation needs.Role Overview:As an IT Support and Automation Specialist, you will be the go-to person for all technical support and automation needs.
You will work with clients to resolve technical issues, implement automation processes, and optimize systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation processes to streamline workflows for internal teams and clients.
- Manage and monitor systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security.
- Set up and configure hardware, software, and network systems for clients as needed.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Research and implement new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or automation roles.
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
