Job Overview:


As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and launching software products that meet customer needs and align with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Align product goals with overall company objectives and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders.
  • Drive Technical Leadership: Work with the engineering team to understand and drive technical platform initiatives such as performance, scalability etc.
  • Customer-Centric Development:Conduct research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify customer pain points and product opportunities. Work closely with design and development teams to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features. Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch improvements. Ensure continuous product iteration based on customer feedback and performance data.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use insights to guide product development and positioning in the market.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:Use analytics tools to monitor product performance, user engagement, and KPIs. Leverage data insights to make informed decisions about feature prioritization and product improvements.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:Present updates on product progress, successes, and challenges to stakeholders and executives. Ensure transparency on timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.

Requirements:


  • Experience:9-18 years of experience in product management, preferably in a software product development or technology company.
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Acumen:Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle. Familiarity with agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog prioritization. A background in technical development is a big plus.
  • Customer Focus:Proven track record of understanding customer needs and translating them into impactful product features.
  • Analytical Skills:Proficient in data analysis, market research, and product performance metrics. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus.
  • Communication & Collaboration:Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions. Experience in presenting product strategies and updates to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset:Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges, with a solution-oriented approach.
