Job Overview:
As a
Part-Time Cleaner, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our offices are clean and safe for our staff and patients. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to provide a clean environment that aligns with our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect furniture, equipment, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Replenish supplies and empty trash/recycling bins.
- Clean windows, walls, doors, and baseboards.
- Perform routine and annual cleaning tasks.
- Ensure safety by locking doors, checking electrical appliances, and identifying maintenance issues.
- Snow removal when necessary (snow blowers/shovels).
Requirements:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Strong communication skills (able to interact with staff and patients as needed).
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Must be a self-starter, able to spot work that needs to be done.
- Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks (e.g., bending, lifting).
- Must be able to be reached on a mobile device.
