ACERTUS is looking for Full Time
Local Drivers with a REGULAR Drivers license to transport passenger vehicles locally in a safe and efficient manner. We are looking for team players who are committed to providing our clients with excellent customer service. Monday thru Friday. 2 different shifts. This is a fulltime position. Drivers can expect to work 30- 40 hours a week.

WE OFFER:
- $17/hr.
- Monday -Friday.

- Benefits available on the 1st day of the month following your start date

WE REQUIRE:
- Must be at least 23 years of age.
- Candidates over the age of 65 are subject to an additional review process for insurance purposes.
- Candidates over the age of 65 must provide a letter of insurability from their personal physician for insurance purposes.
- Must have a valid and current driver’s license.
- Clean MVR
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- No smoking, vaping, tobacco use, eating, drinking in the customer's vehicles or at the delivery/service locations at any time.
- One year of driving experience
- Must be able to operate a Smart Phone/Device (including a variety of applications)
- Must be willing and able to drive in different weather and road conditions.
- Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Must be willing and able to get in and out of various vehicles (cars, vans, Sprinter-type vans, 24 -26ft. box trucks, etc.) and be able to operate vehicles assigned.
- Previous experience driving larger vehicles (i.e., Vans, Sprinter-type Vans. 24 -26ft. box trucks.) preferred, but not required.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of laws governing the operation of motor vehicles on public roads.
- Must maintain a professional appearance (clean collared shirt, clean shorts/pants, well-groomed)
What will you be doing?
- Shuttling vehicles from a railyard to local clients.
- Removing tags from vehicles and placing in designated bin.
- Communicate timely and effectively with clients and management.
- Present electronic and hard copies of documents pertaining to the vehicle.
- Submit required documents for processing.
- If no work is available at the yard, you will work locally out of the Lees Summit hub.
- You must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.
