To achieve this ambitious vision, we’re seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Product Manager to join our axiUm product team.As Senior Product Manager, you’ll be the voice of our customers, with a nuanced understanding of their needs and challenges.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions, leveraging your experience guiding products through their lifecycle in agile environments.In this role, you’ll be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer insights to drive product strategy, shaping the roadmap, and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to maximize the value of each release. Data-driven and outcome-oriented, you’ll track analytics that define success and play an essential role in knowledge-sharing across the team. Your collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will drive results, address challenges, and enhance our product’s impact in the academic-dental space.

Key Responsibilities



  • Define and Drive Product Strategy: Lead the axiUm product roadmap by evaluating, prioritizing, and coordinating features in collaboration with stakeholders to support our strategic goals.

  • Champion the Customer Voice: Communicate our value proposition effectively to customers, prospects, and industry experts, ensuring alignment with market demands.

  • Enable Go-to-Market Success: Direct resources and ensure organizational readiness for product launches, enhancing market impact.

  • Develop Data-Driven Business Cases: Build business cases for new feature development that reflect strong business acumen and an understanding of market needs.

  • Collaborate for Seamless Releases: Work closely with Engineering to ensure timely, high-quality product releases that align with technical goals and customer expectations.

  • Translate Customer Needs into Requirements: Conduct business process analysis to translate customer business drivers into actionable product requirements.

  • Support Product Development Operations: Partner with Product Owners at Exan for efficient release planning, retrospectives, and process improvements.

  • Enable Adoption with Training Materials: Create and contribute to training materials that facilitate quick user adoption and proficiency with new features.

  • Build and Maintain Customer Trust: Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, managing escalations and overseeing product reviews.

Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management

  • Expertise in SCRUM and Agile methodologies

  • Demonstrated success in roadmap development and go-to-market planning

  • Proficiency in project management principles

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation

  • Proven ability to build credibility and foster professional relationships

  • Solid understanding of enterprise application design principles

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience delivering products to enterprise clients

  • Background in Healthcare or Dental industry

  • Proven track record in driving growth for established on-premises products

  • Experience independently managing large-scale initiatives

Compensation Range: $126,000 - $146,000

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid role with 1-2 in-office days per week at our office near Guildford Mall in Surrey, BC. Compensation:USD 126000-146000
