RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively manage the production team’s ticketing system; assigning tasks to technicians, following up on timelines, and ensuring consistent ticket resolution
- Process department invoices and vendor/contractor payment
- Book travel and lodging for installation, repair, and service projects at campus locations
- Assist with communication and scheduling of online broadcast hosts and guests
- Coordinate purchases with integrators and other vendors
- Manage the service, project, and installation calendar for technicians and the department
- Work closely with other departments who have technical needs for events and staff
- Support the needs of the department on the weekend and during services
- Actively serve in a role on Sundays (as needed)
MUST-HAVES
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community).
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to handle stress, high-pressure environments, and aggressive timelines
- Availability to be on-call to receive and manage any weekend requests that support our Production Department
- Experience in building out timelines
- High level of organization
- Excellent at time management and prioritizing
- Excellent verbal and digital communication skills
- High decision-making abilities
- Love working in collaborative environments and have the desire to be continually learning
- Experience in project management and communication platforms (Basecamp, Asana, Slack)
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- Familiarity with Elevation Church
- Experience in managing or caring for a team, especially creators
- Experience with Slack and Asana
DAY-TO-DAY
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
- Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
- You can’t help but grow on our staff. You’ll be around some incredible people. Professional development opportunities will be all around you, both in structured and unstructured ways.
- We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon.
