Boundless Life Sciences Group is a full-service advertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. We are looking for a Client Finance Manager to support our finance department.
The Client Finance Manager is responsible for professional accounting work supervising client financials. This position will be a liaison between the client-facing team members and the finance department and is integral to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting activities to maintain a sound financial control environment. Responsibilities:
- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions appropriately.
- Establish processes between account teams and finance for client's day to day and high level requirements adhering to SOWs and MSA guidelines.
- Manages monthly financial process for allocated client(s).
- Review monthly client budgets and actuals with Account to verify billing, revenue recognition, under-servicing/over-servicing of staff plans.
- Identifies and resolves employee resource/rate discrepancies.
- Analyze client financials, prepare prospective and existing client forecasting reports.
- Ad hoc reporting requests from Account and Project Management.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar required
- 5 years’ experience within accounting/finance
- A strong attention to detail
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of federal, state and local tax regulations
- Advertising agency experience required
- NetSuite experience preferred
