About the role:
This is a high impact role that has the potential to create a significant impact on the governance & risk framework.The role will include elements like defining Risk & Controls Framework, Audit programme as well as tactical elements like continuous transaction monitoring, financial reporting accuracy and process improvement projects in collaborations with multiple internal teams.There is enough and more opportunity to innovate and you should apply only if you believe in pushing the boundaries and coming up with new ways to deliver results.
What will you do?:
▪ Conduct risk assessment and perform internal audits (Individual Contributor)▪ Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the management and provides recommendations for improving the organization's operations.▪ Evaluate compliance with existing BrowserStack policies and procedures, identifying and proposing modifications as needed▪ Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and engage in continuous education and staff development on best practices▪ Review the responses to internal and external audit management letter queries to ensure that recommendations are implemented and ensure that all action items are resolved▪ Evaluate information security and associated risk exposures▪ Provides support to the company's anti-fraud programs.▪ All other duties as reasonably requested
Desired Experience:
▪ Relevant experience of 6 - 8 years of post qualification in Risk, Controls in Big 4 / SaaS or tech companies / reputed MNCs▪ Chartered Accountant with CISA /DISA (Preferred)▪ Experience in designing the Risk control matrix, policies & SOPs▪ A proven ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and often in ambiguous environments, and deliver under tight deadlines▪ A successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically.▪ Understanding of the technology landscape, preferably B2B SaaS▪ Good written and oral communication skills, and ability to manage multi-stakeholder relations
