As a
Financial Analyst, you will help drive decision making through analytics and financial analysis. The successful incumbent demonstrates expertise and best practices using technology to streamline processes and optimize bottom line dollars. This position will have high visibility to the CFO and other members of the executive team. This is a transformative role in the finance department that enables strategic direction.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (8am -5pm)
Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 a year, Based on Experience
What will you be doing?
- Lead rigorous, analytics-based decision support including data analytics, forecasting and insight generation for Car Haul service line
- Explore data, identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and drive growth initiatives
- Prepare ad hoc executive-level analysis and reports for presentation to senior decision-makers within the company
- Perform financial and operational analysis with the goal of improving the efficiency of the business segment
- Lead cross-functional teams to effectively execute key initiatives and strategies
- Build relationships with peers across corporate functions and within each line of service
- All other duties assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting
- Self-starter and results oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of performing with a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Excel required.
- Tableau experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience working with NetSuite is preferred.
- Experience analyzing data from NetSuite or a comparable ERP system a requirement.
- Personal responsibility to manage change.
