ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As an Order Validation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing effective support to Sales and Operational departments throughout the company.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pmPay: $19 - $21/hr Based on Exp.
What will you be doing?
- Accurately enter customer data and order details into a central Transportation Management System.
- Verify the accuracy of entered data and make necessary corrections or adjustments.
- Update customer records with any changes or additional information provided.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular data audits and cleaning.
- Validate formatting and import batches of orders to reduce data entry requirements.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and privacy policies.
- Generate reports and extract data as needed for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to data entry procedures.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and customer support activities as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric mindset.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input and verification.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and with a high level of self-motivation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with customer support processes and systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to identify and resolve data entry issues.
