The scalability of its products allows merchants of all sizes to add an instant arsenal of intelligent payment technology solutions to their businesses without significant development costs or infrastructure investments.ABOUT THE ROLEREPAY is looking for a high energy, customer-driven Implementation Engineer to join our growing Operations organization.  As an Implementation Engineer you will be responsible to guide integration activities with new merchants and partners as well as work with existing merchants and partners to define needs and map to REPAY and own integration results.We work hard, but we have lots of fun doing it.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop a broad and deep knowledge of the product set as well as back-end capabilities 
  • Communicate with new and existing merchants and partners to complete implementation process 
  • Work with platform tools to complete merchant and partner setups, Gateways/sandbox/API’s and perform testing 
  • Work with clients to install / configure REPAY products in ERP systems or stand alone
  • Own test results to ensure all issues are resolved before go-live 
  • Develop into GuideCX project plans for implementation process
  • Create documentation for training and support purposes as needed
  • Manage special projects or other assignments as defined by leadership team 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED


  • 2+ years of client and/or 3rd party partner facing communication experience 
  • Salesforce experience for managing workflow, status reporting and client ticketing 
  • Technical aptitude and strong organizational skills a must 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • BA from accredited University or College (or equivalent years of experience) 
  • Ability to travel if needed for company functions/training

  • Familiar with Salesforce case management 
  • Familiar with JIRA 
  • Familiar with Gateways / Configuration
  • ERP Systems flow / configuration
  • API technology
