We have a Data Analyst position available in Eden Prairie, MN. This person will perform deep data analysis and then determine the best way to represent it visually to managers and stakeholders based on operational needs.

Major Responsibilities:


  • Leverage data from a variety of sources to analyze business performance, identify trends and areas of opportunity, and deliver actionable insights to operations leaders and front-line personnel
  • Support current Nintex Flows and Migrate to Microsoft products as needed.
  • Build, Support and deploy enterprise reporting in Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and other data visualization tools
  • Test data and/or applications to validate data accuracy/quality
  • Creates ETL and reporting objects that enable repeatable, scalable, and sustainable solutions for the end-users
  • Extract, Transform, and Load data as needed for Ad-Hoc requests
  • Maintain knowledge of current and future functionality and capabilities around reporting technologies

Job Requirements:


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of experience working in informatics, analytics, business intelligence, and/or strategic information.
  • At least 5 years of experience with report generating software
  • At least 5 years of experience with data visualization software

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Quick and resourceful learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and drive change throughout the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Analytics, or a related degree
  • Experience in SQL databases and queries
  • Experience in Power BI report development
  • Experience with data warehouse architecture
  • Intermediate in SSRS report design and development
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and exceptional communications skills
