Su función principal es la de Monitorear las distintas plataformas, Catalogar, Escalar y ser la primera linera resolutiva de incidentes, el trabajo es realizado de manera Hibrida y en un sistema de turnos diseñado para responder 24x7
Principales Responsabilidades

  • Soporte primer Nivel.
  • Recibir, Categorizar y determinar el nivel de severidad de casos de soporte.
  • Monitoreo de infraestructura.
  • 1ra línea resolutiva de incidentes
  • Escalamiento y seguimiento a casos Nivel 2.
  • Capacitación constante en las distintas tecnologías de punta en la industria IT.
  • Cumplimiento de SLA y KPI establecidos.
  • Encargado de realizar reportes con métricas básicas que reflejen el cumplimiento de SLA y KPI establecidos.
  • Nota: La posición puede realizar otros proyectos o tareas diversas según lo solicitado o asignado

EstudiosEstudios: Técnicos o recientemente graduado de las carreras de Sistemas, informática, telecomunicaciones o carreras afines. Cursos y Certificaciones de VMware (No Excluyente)Experiencia: Contar con un mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en soporte ITInformática: Microsoft Office – Avanzado (Excluyente)  Idiomas: Inglés – Nivel Intermedio. (No Excluyente) - Portugués – Nivel Intermedio. (No Excluyente)
