Supports the production team by ensuring accuracy of the ERP system by performing regular system updates and audits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Job Management support via our Enterprise Management System (ERP).
- Issue, organize, and update all Work Orders.
- Supports Production and Sales teams.
- Runs monthly reports and analyzes (digs into errors and correct those errors). Reports include: Timecards, attendance, efficiency, utilization, direct/indirect, Key Performance Indicators (to name a few).
- Receive, review, acknowledge and post all Customer PO’s.
- Support contract oversight.
- Reconcile dates, qty, and pricing between our ERP and the customer interfaces and keeps them accurate.
- Reconcile Customer change requests and assists Production in responses to buyers.
- Support compilation of all Open Order Reports and send commitments to buyers.
- Lead Customer Correspondence for all PO's, Invoices, prints, solids, change orders and maintains the accuracy of ERP System with those documents.
- Support document control on all Work Orders.
- Performs Daily Invoicing and supports other AR duties as necessary.
- Supports AR/AP as necessary.

Education and/or Experience
- Functional understanding and experience with ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Preferred: Understanding of core manufacturing processes such as milling, turning, assembly, and inspection.
- Preferred: Understanding of basic manufacturing sequence of operations.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
