What you’ll do:


As the People Operations Manager, you will help enabling the organization’s global growth. You will participate in the development and implementation of the scalable, innovative, efficient, and inclusive global People Operations strategies that contribute to the overall business strategy. While providing best-in-class employee experience, you will thrive in this role if you enjoy building and refining processes, mentoring, and coaching your team, and supporting leaders.  


  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team: recruit, train, and coach a team of People Operations professionals.  


  • Administration & Compliance: Oversee all aspects of People Operations in each of the countries (including employee administration, preparation of payroll inputs, health & safety at work, and fire protection), ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.  


  • Compensation & Benefits: Implement and refine total rewards processes, including salary benchmarking and grading, salary review, promotions, retention programs, Participate in the competence framework implementation project. 


  • HR Information System: Support maintenance of existing HR information system and lead needs analyses and implementation of new one, to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.  


  • Reporting: Build an efficient reporting system and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the People Operations team and across the organization.   


  • On-boarding & Off-boarding: Collaborate with Talent Development Team in implementation of innovative, efficient, and inclusive on-boarding and off-boarding processes.  


  • Organizational Design & Effectiveness: Support the development of an optimal global organizational structure and coach leaders on organizational effectiveness to increase productivity and drive business performance.  


  • Employee Experience: Maintain effective mechanisms for employee listening (e.g. Employee Engagement Survey) to uphold Devtech culture and continuously improve the employee experience.   


  • Managers’ Support: Provide guidance and support to leaders in addressing performance issues, building performance improvement plans, and potential corrective actions.   

What you’ll need:  



  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, with focus on HR administration, compensation, and benefits. 


  • Proactive approach in identifying impactful initiatives. 


  • Efficient stakeholder management, exhibiting strong integrity and problem-solving attitude to support business needs.   


  • Enthusiasm for process improvement and automatization initiatives.  


  • Excellent communication skills – capability to effectively, clearly, and concisely articulate ideas.  


  • Strong analytical skills with focus on interpretation of HR data, and generation of actionable insights.  


  • Experience in project and change management is considered a plus.  


  • Experience in HRIS usage, bonus points for experience in HRIS implementation.  


  • Thorough understanding of Serbian Labor law.  


  • Advanced excel skills.  


  • Fluent in the English language.
