JOB TITLE:

The result is lower expenses and increased productivity for the auto insurance and workers’ compensation insurance carriers; third party administrators (TPAs); and government entities we serve.

OVERVIEW:


To assist in the daily operations by processing both incoming and outgoing mail communications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Monitor and processes “Return to Sender” workflow.• Monitors and process “Manual Handling/Misc. Tab” workflow.• Monitor and process billing email box.• Receive and process document received from “Forthright”.• Faxing, emailing, or scanning documentation as instructed.• Triage and Associate electronic documents within Medlogix system.• Process information received on CD/Flash drives.• Cover Reception desk as needed.• Opens incoming mail and process accordingly.• Performs additional duties as directed by Document Management Lead or Manager.

SKILLS:


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, at a mid- level or above.• Organizational skills.• Data Entry Skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Attentive to details.• Ability to follow instructions.• Demonstrate ability to do multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and successfully fulfill work assignments.• Proficient computer skills. (create folders, open attachments, drag/drop PDF’s, open/download information from CD’s & flash drives)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:


• High School Diploma required.• Previous experience with Document Handling.• Prior experience in performing office- related tasks such as faxing, emailing and scanning documents.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


• Carrying, Lifting, Standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
