The Account Ambassador will provide and promote excellent customer service to our top customers. This person will act as a liaison between the customer and all departments within 365 by helping to identify customer issues and ensuring resolutions are provided. A commitment to collaborative problem solving and attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with several customers working closely with Account Manager(s) to provide world-class client service
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI goals
- Meet or exceed diversification goals (products, customers)
- Act as an internal advocate for the customer
- Secure and place orders, taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment
- Take ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolutions
- Delegate customer inquiries and issues to specific departments
- Monitor cases and follow up on outstanding tickets
- Log all calls and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
- Use data to improve customer experience
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects at one time
