We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead with strong expertise in AWS and a proven track record in managing cloud infrastructure and DevOps teams. Ideal candidates have a deep understanding of fin-tech, trading, or cryptocurrency environments. Our tech stack includes AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, and various scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Go.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure AWS environments to ensure high availability.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering professional growth and providing performance feedback.
- CI/CD Management: Develop and oversee CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and accelerate time-to-market.
- Collaboration & Optimization: Work with development teams to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Monitoring & Automation: Implement automated monitoring and alerting, along with infrastructure automation, using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce best security practices, including data encryption, IAM, and compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshooting & Cost Optimization: Resolve complex system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive cloud cost efficiency initiatives.
- Innovation: Stay updated on AWS advancements, integrating relevant technologies to improve infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven background as a DevOps Engineer with an AWS focus and experience leading DevOps teams.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch), and scripting (Bash, Python, Go).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, and DNS management.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Certifications: AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are advantageous
