CDL B Driver

Royal Hawaiian Movers, Trucking and Freight division, Oahu operations, is searching for a highly motivated CDL B Freight Delivery Driver on Oahu. This is a key position in our organization requiring focused attention on shipping details, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and clients. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and can work well under pressure while remaining focused.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• 
  Responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of assigned routes 

• 
  Communicate professionally with customers/clients, visitors, and co-workers 

• 
  Conduct pre/post-trips on all equipment 

• 
  Adhere and follow ALL company safety practices, policies and procedures, including Federal and State laws 

• 
  Load and unload deliveries/pick-ups 

• 
  Be able to assist in warehouse when needed 

• 
  Have a flexible schedule 

• 
  Follow detailed instructions 

• 
  Other duties as assigned 

• 
  Provide Excellent customer service 

• 
  Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers. 

• 
  Report all damages and/or injuries immediately 

• 
  Must comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including hours of service rules 

Required Skills and Abilities: 

• 
  CDL B License, or higher 

• 
  Clean driver history record  

• 
  Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HAZMAT) required 

• 
  TWIC card preferred 

• 
  Existing medical card 

• 
  Safe and defensive driving skills are a must 

• 
  Applicant must be able to successfully pass both a pre-employment background and drug test.

  Excellent time management skills

  Works well under pressure
