Responsibilities
- Efficiently process air travel reservations in GDS and other booking services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client preferences
- Issue, exchange, cancel, and reschedule flight tickets as needed, following airline policies and company guidelines
- Proactively manage schedule changes, providing suitable alternatives to clients and ensuring smooth rebooking when necessary
- Process payments and verify transaction details to ensure secure and accurate billing
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Meticulous Attention to Detail
- Quick at learning new systems and adaptable to changing situations
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of client requests
- Communicates complex information in a clear, straightforward manner
- Availability to work between 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM CET
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the travel industry or GDS systems (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre)
- Background in customer support or ticketing operations is a strong plus
