What You’ll Be Part Of:


You will be part of the Field Operations teamthat managesdata quality. Our team creates surveys every day with the goalof obtainingimportant responses thatare used to generate key insights forclientsregarding the effectiveness ofadvertisements fora brand or product.This role will be responsible for reviewing andcleaning up the data received from these surveys (all junk, bots, spam, etc.)resulting in abetter overall product.

Responsibilities:


  • Process surveys
  • Comb through all survey responses to remove unwanted data
  • Communicate with the Field Operations team on priority surveys if needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • Strongattention to detail
  • Computerand technology skillsincludingExcel,GoogleSheets,and the ability tonavigate new software.
  • Cantake thorough notes if necessary
  • Ability towork independently and in concert with a small team

Preferred Skills:


  • Spanish fluency is a plusbut is not required

Additional Notes:


  • As we continue to automate our processes, this role will eventually include aspects of training an AI tool to learn how to catch bad survey responses. This will involve communicating with the R&D team such that they can build tools to allow the job to be done faster and more accurately.

Target cash compensation range: $48,000 - 57,000 USD AnnuallyWe are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy


iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency. Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week.

While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
