Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing facility maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Administrator will work closely with the maintenance team, contractors, and other departments to ensure that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order. Key responsibilities include scheduling maintenance tasks, managing maintenance records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of maintenance processes, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a critical role that ensures the smooth operation of our facilities and contributes to the overall success of our organization.
Duties
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel.
- SAP experience
- Previous experience with maintenance tracking software or task delegation program.
- Smartsheets
- Scheduling
- Data EntryMust pass background check and drug screen.
