Hospice Nurse Manager


Day Shift | Full-Time


$110K - $130K


Are you ready to elevate your nursing career? We’re seeking a dedicated Hospice Nurse Manager with a strong background in hospice care (home health experience is a plus) to join our team. This role is hospice-heavy, so if you’ve got the experience to lead clinical teams in a hospice setting and are looking for a clear path to a Director of Nursing role, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Need to Succeed


  • Experience: At least 2 years in hospice care (required), with a total of 5+ years in hospice or home health, including nurse management.
  • Leadership Background: Managed teams for 3-4 years? Great! Only 1-2 years? We’ll support your growth.
  • RN License: Required.
  • Hospice Expertise: Familiarity with the unique needs of hospice patients is essential; home health experience is a plus.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Willingness to Commute: Based within 25 miles of Dublin, CA, with the ability to travel throughout Alameda County as needed.
