What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience: At least 2 years in hospice care (required), with a total of 5+ years in hospice or home health, including nurse management.
- Leadership Background: Managed teams for 3-4 years? Great! Only 1-2 years? We’ll support your growth.
- RN License: Required.
- Hospice Expertise: Familiarity with the unique needs of hospice patients is essential; home health experience is a plus.
- Compliance Knowledge: Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to Commute: Based within 25 miles of Dublin, CA, with the ability to travel throughout Alameda County as needed.
