We’re looking for Nurse Practitioners ready to step into patients' homes for in-home health assessments across Los Angeles. - Active NP license in CA (Advanced Practice).
- Minimum 16 hours per week availability.
- 1+ years as a Nurse Practitioner with at least 6 months in internal or family medicine.
- Comfortable providing clinical care in patients' homes.
- Valid driver’s license and willing to drive within 25 miles of your home base.
- Nice-to-haves: Spanish fluency and multi-state licenses.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Head out for 6-9 in-home visits daily (just assessments—no treatments or prescriptions).
- Set your own schedule and get hands-on with patients who need you.
- Training, tech, and travel costs are covered—just focus on quality care.
Pay & Perks:
- $120 per completed visit – full-timers can earn $170,000 to $180,720 annually.
- Mileage reimbursement and company-provided laptop.
