Responsibilities:


1. Hunt & Conquer: Identify high-potential supermarkets and develop a winning sales pitch to convert them into loyal partners.2. Relationship Rockstar: Build trust and strong connections with supermarket decision-makers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track partner performance and satisfaction.3. Sales Strategist: Craft winning sales strategies to maximize revenue from each supermarket partnership, exploring cross-selling and upselling opportunities.4.

Growth Champion: Constantly analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying new ways to propel sales growth.5. Problem-Solving Ninja: Tackle any challenges faced by your supermarket partners swiftly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and successful collaboration.

1. Proven Sales Champion: 3-5 years of experience crushing sales targets and exceeding quotasin a fast-paced environment.2. Team Leader: Experience motivating and coaching a team of Sales Executives to achieve peak performance.3. Strategic Mind: A knack for developing winning sales strategies and identifying growth opportunities.4. Account Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong connections with clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket partners5.

Proven track record in Sales, Business development and winning new business6. Should be comfortable with extensive traveling7. From FMCG or companies with field sales structure8. Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory. Malayalam proficiency is preferred
