Role
As our Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll be the go-to technical expert guiding our most strategic clients in getting the most from Flowcode. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and engineering to craft and execute solutions that drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention for our growing client base. As part of this team, you'll contribute to initiatives that maintain our position as the preferred QR provider for over 70% of Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present technical solutions, including architecture design, implementation strategies, and integration plans for Flowcode products in client environments
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Flowcode products, guiding clients through technical implementations and ensuring optimal configurations
- Partner with clients to deeply understand their technical and business needs, translating these into actionable technical strategies and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are addressed in product roadmaps and deliverables
- Provide hands-on support for integrations, API configurations, and troubleshooting during and post-implementation, ensuring a smooth client experience
- Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements, feature enhancements, and new use cases that align with Flowcode’s goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a related field, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital experience platforms
- Proficiency with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, and RESTful services)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of independently developing solutions for complex client requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A commitment to excellent client service, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving client satisfaction
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with changing priorities
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and supporting peers to achieve collective goals in a fast-pace
