About the role:

Carbyne is looking for an Events Marketing Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our regional events strategy across the U.S. If you're ready to grow your career in a dynamic and innovative company, we want to hear from you!As an Events Marketing Associate, you'll be at the heart of our events execution, supporting national and regional trade shows, industry meetings, and local prospecting events.

This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented individual excited to contribute to our event success while building skills in marketing operations and project management.

Here's what you'll be working on:


  • Coordinate Event Logistics: Assist in planning and executing national, regional, and local events, including trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and industry meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
  • Support Event Branding: Help create a consistent, engaging corporate presence at events, from swag and printed materials to booth setups that wow attendees.
  • Lead Capture & Management: Ensure all event leads are captured and seamlessly entered into our marketing automation platform, optimizing for simplicity and efficiency.
  • Swag & Inventory Management: Organize and track branded merchandise, work with U.S. printers and fulfillment houses, and ensure timely delivery of materials to events.
  • Budget Monitoring: Stay on top of event budgets, ensuring every dollar spent drives value while maintaining high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales and customer success teams to align event efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Travel Opportunities: Represent Carbyne at events across the U.S., supporting on-site setup, execution, and follow-up activities.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of event marketing or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience supporting trade shows, conferences, and regional events.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Availability to travel and provide on-site event support as needed.
