What does the role look like?
- Build beautiful, fast, polished experiences across the Whop web app
- Own product surfaces like discovery, home feed, creator dashboard, onboarding, chat, store pages, content rewards, and video onboarding
- Think deeply about UX and interaction design — you are the user, and you have taste
- Work closely with founders and designers to turn vision into shipped product
- Prototype quickly, ship fast, and care about the details
- Write clean React/TypeScript and flex into Rails when needed (APIs, DB schemas)
What we're looking for:
- Very strong in frontend (React, TypeScript), with a design eye and high attention to detail
- You’ve built and shipped actual products — not just worked on internal tools or admin panels
- Product-first mindset — you care about users and usage
- Fast, opinionated, and independent — can take a vague idea to a polished experience
- Ability to flex into backend as needed to build what you need (Rails GraphQL APIs)
