About The Role:


As a Sr. Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving efficiencies and streamlining processes across our warehouse operations. We're looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to Feastables' ambitious growth.This role offers a unique opportunity for a proactive, creative thinker with a strong background in CPG and supply chain. If you’re a hands-on contributor driven by a mindset of optimizing, streamlining, and enhancing operations, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Manage order management with 3PLs, Co-mans, and warehouse partners
  • Work cross functionally with Customer Supply Chain team, international team and Procurement to provide updates on orders, warehouse changes and potential roadblocks
  • Help manage unique asks and pallet configurations when shipping international
  • Manage DTC operations, Sku setup, inventory management
  • Analyze warehouse data and provide creative cost-saving solutions
  • Report on daily warehouse inventory KPIs
  • Help educate teams on freight cost, warehouse cost etc.
  • Monitor MOQs and lead times, flag to Customer Supply Chain team

  • Own sample process, creating labels, providing ETAs, plan with small parcel partners and communicate tracking with all parties
  • Analyze inventory levels and provide sales with recommendations on sales initiatives 
  • Contribute to warehouse KPIs and help identify inefficiencies that are resulting in low scores
  • Help manage ERP system (NetSuite)
  • Receive transfers
  • Audit data
  • Help build out reports for cross-functional team members
  • Help manage EDI updates and fails with Customer Supply Chain and 3PLs
  • End of month inventory management in NetSuite

Recipe For Success:


  • 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, fulfillment and inventory experience preferred
  • NetSuite experience preferred
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘self-start’ mentality
  • Problem-solver seeking innovative and creative solutions with a consistent focus on details
  • Be comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn’t always highly structured or predictable 
  • Strong analytical skills are a must have
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and time management
  • Must be highly organized and strong communicator with proven cross functional experience
  • A leader and a team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement with the team to ensure alignment
  • Ability to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines and ensuring quality output
  • Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to travel to visit warehouses as appropriate
