Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible For Analyzing Information Requested And Received Specific To Deductible Sources Of Income (Offsets), Other Contractual Benefits And Benefits Paid To Ensure The Accuracy Of Payments On Disability Claims As Outlined Within The Governing Policy. Recalculate Benefits Paid To Identify Potential Over/Underpayments. Responsible For The Subsequent Recovery Of Overpayments And Processing Of Underpayments Using The Appropriate Recovery And Claim Techniques.
Required Job Qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and insurance industry experience.
- 2 or more years of Disability insurance experience
- Prior overpayment recovery/collections experience with STD/LTD disability claims.
- Strong understanding of SSA, WC and State deductible sources of income.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in making decisions independently

Base Pay Range
$53,500.00 - $118,100.00
