WellSky is seeking a
Clinical Solution Strategist to join our team. This position will be responsible for clinical solution consulting across the CarePort enterprise systems to strengthen adoption, improve quality and expand client partnerships. This CSS will provide industry expertise and deliver innovative solutions with WellSky clients to leverage our technology and succeed in today's healthcare system.A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively reviewing/strategizing with identified clients and solutioning with account owners, tracking impact on client health improvements
- Collaborating with internal teams, providing high level product demos, leveraging data models, reporting and statistics, strengthening industry knowledge and providing support for our client facing teams
- Providing engagement for solution expertise, workflow discovery, expansion opportunities
- Tracking engagement and proactive solutioning
- Meeting regularly with account owners (CSEs) to determine client engagement opportunities such as Health checks, CBRs, data analysis and reporting metrics focused on quality outcomes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4-6 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical experience
- Population health, case management a plus
