Technical Consultant I to join our Implementation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enable seamless interaction between multiple software applications through unified interfaces or dashboards. This involves establishing connections, protocols, and standards that allow disparate software applications to exchange data, share resources, or collaborate effectively.A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Assist project managers, project teams, and client personnel by taking direction to complete implementation tasks through the lifecycle of the project
- Assist in gathering information on existing software systems, interfaces, and data sources.
- Document general details of the current system landscape, such as software applications used and data sources.
- Complete basic user interface components and integration solutions using a foundational knowledge of programming languages with the support of senior consultants.
- Provide support in testing and validating integrated interfaces.
- Train IT department on basic system administration tasks, such as user account management and software installation, while emphasizing fundamental security principles and troubleshooting techniques
- Concisely communicate project updates to clients in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with internal and external project stakeholders
- Excellent troubleshooting, listening and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:
- Process improvement experience that resulted in quantifiable results
- Experience with Microsoft Servers, SQL Servers, APIs, and application support
- Basic understanding of Linux
- Prior experience with WellSky product lines
- Previous implementation experience within healthcare
