About the Role:


Join our client’s team as a Business Development Specialist in a high-impact, collaborative role with growth potential. This dynamic position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and drive personal and professional growth within a vibrant environment.In this visible and self-directed role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and growing relationships with key channel partners, overseeing both inbound and outbound leads. You'll work alongside the marketing team to design, implement, and enhance outbound campaigns, support event planning, and develop marketing initiatives.

Additionally, you'll help the sales team by channeling qualified leads into primary sales accounts.A successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a commitment to understanding the B2B banking industry, ERP systems, accounting software, and enterprise sales strategies. This expertise will enable you to effectively present our client’s solutions and value to business clients and consultant partners.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive growth by establishing and qualifying new relationships with ERP and accounting consultants globally.

  • Partner with marketing to create and refine marketing materials and coordinate event strategies for conferences.

  • Develop expertise in our client’s solutions, ERP products, industry competitors, and banking trends.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure lead funnel efficiency and support targeted sales accounts.

  • Act as the initial point of contact for inbound leads from consulting partners.

  • Plan and execute business development campaigns, including account targeting and outreach.

  • Qualify business leads from consultants to build a pipeline of prospective bank partners.

  • Maintain and manage the consultant pipeline, identifying and cultivating key relationships.

  • Attend industry events to network and foster relationships with consultant partners.

  • Create client-facing documentation and deliver product demonstrations to prospective leads.

  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to produce Sales Qualified Leads.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree (business or technology focus preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Banking, Channel Sales, Partnerships, FinTech, or Enterprise Sales, preferably within a startup environment.

  • Strong interest in technology's transformative impact.

  • Outstanding communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with banking products, ERP, or accounting systems is advantageous.

Compensation:



  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 Compensation:USD 85000-100000
